Our past selves and the energy in which we have lived for years with certain beliefs, sadness, isolation, difficulty accepting the sudden developments of life and the unexpected events that have befallen us, often imprint deep furrows in the psyche of our Spirit, which now need to be healed anew... But for this to happen at a certain point in our current life, they emerge as fears, anxieties, disturbing recurring thoughts... little by little the picture of the past, although invisible to our current personality, emerges in our subconscious and hurts, hurts so much that it fixes our attention there... and one day we seek help.When these past lives are revealed to us under the censorship and mentorship of Spiritual Guides, when we touch the inner world of the person we were, when we understand his conditions, the predispositions for the type of thinking he has developed, we begin to understand... and this understanding is an understanding of ourselves. We begin to feel a compassion, a deep forgiveness, a complete acceptance and letting go of everything that was, of the years that we wasted in grief and closure then, unable to overcome and transform loss, trauma, our own nehavior or someone else's behavior.
Thus, there is no longer any need for this messenger of Providence - fear and anxiety, which has been trying to do its job for years and in our current existence, drawing attention to the area that we needed to heal. Then the separation occurs, but it is not something sudden. Because we ourselves, accustomed to certain conditions, are not ready to let them go, as if it were a childhood friend who must now leave.
These reflections and observations are based on the energy released in various regressions. So much can be felt in these processes that words fall short of describing the experience, the insight, the relief, and last but not least, the beauty that is revealed in the entire plan of existence, which always supports us, lends a hand, and leads us invariably forward toward God and love.
